Who has the best main menu?

I'm looking for inspiration. If you're aware of a game that has an awesome main menu, post it here. I can start. I've been really impressed with Xell's The Restaurant main menu. I love how it's evenly broken up among the screen. Instead of text, we get full images that shift on hover. It's very well done and adds to the presentation.

It'll look a bit different before the next update comes out most likely (there's been a pretty large UI overhaul from 0.1 to 0.2), as there's been a couple characters removed, but it'll largely work under the same concept as above.

Edit: I'm not saying mine is the best, to be clear. Just posting it.

Hard to Love - +client +intro +endless background +sound effects. The game that I truly think has one of the best. The UI and main menu of the game have been meticulously prepared. A quite unique and high quality main menu design
