Well, probably when someone will not care to possibly be kicked out of all platforms for the unauthorized use of someone else image, and to possibly face the lawsuit that the said popular E-girl streamers will starts for the same reason.
This being said, you can also raise from your couch and do like 75% of the adult game creators: learn how to do it yourself.
