Hello. I'm a little picky when it comes to games. First I will look at the art (prefer 3D, but don't mind 2D), then read the story (game summary), then look at the tags. If I'm 3/3 then the game is getting downloaded.(y)

What makes a game for me is girls with big breast, thicc or plump asses, basically voluptuous women lol! Games that have 10+ hours of content, decent story, and a male lead that looks the part (kind of average looking, and build). Animated sex scenes kind of a must for me, but will bend the knee IF the art makes up for it. Multiple save files is a must for me. Especially if I'm playing a game with 3 or more different endings. I like to explore my options  Speaking of exploring yes I want to move around. 4-8 locations in the house, 5-10+ locations in the area on the map. Decent music and character voices also good to have, but I understand most game developers can't make that happen due to limitations

What breaks a game for me is loli/shota, rape, scat, mind control, small breast, and the male lead is an awkward boy (especially if he has a punchable face) who happens to have a big dick.
I don't like games where the guy has sex with all the females he sees. Don't get me wrong, I've played games where I was in a harem. I'm fine as long as the story makes sense. I also dislike heavy grinding. Yes make me work for it, fine. BUT don't make it like I'm playing Destiny 2 on my PS4. Speaking of D2 I'm not too keen on games that rely on RNG to advance the story.

Cheers :)

Holy Shit.... now I realize why it is so hard to make a living at game development.

10 Pages of likes and more importantly, deal breakers.

Seems like everyone wants good characters and story (no kidding), but I am really curious now on how many "deal breakers" one would... sacrifice... for an otherwise good game?

Or, how many likes/stars etc would a game have to have, to force you, *a bit*, out of your comfort zone to give something at least a try? (*a bit* = is just that, I'm not asking you to switch teams or anything like that).

It seems that to get more out of this site than just, "Boy goes home/college, father is dead/gone and he proceeds to have a relationship with his sister+mother." we might just have to expand our own horizons a little.

NOTE- I am not targeting anyone specifically for their reply, as I replied as well, I am just continuing the FRIENDLY discussion

None for me. Deal breakers are just that, deal breakers. My biggest one is a series of mindless events for nothing but pushing fap content if there is no buildup there is no game, you may as well just watch porn. A very close second is NTR. I think it's understandable for people to want a good story, these are for adults last time I checked not horny teenagers but that seems to be what gets the highest votes. It's sad really.

Deal breakers game wise are sandbox or free roam and puzzles/minigames, VNs are my preference. And I mostly stick to Renpy because while you do come across VNs in unity and whatnot, they usually seem to be missing features I enjoy, mostly rollback and uncomplicated menu systems. (Though some renpy games do complicate the menus.)

Content wise any hard dom/sub, or BDSM content turns me off, I also avoid Futa, but trans characters are fine.
Super exaggerated features (Ridiculously large breasts/ass, MC having a ginormous dick, etc.).
The MC being some super pervy ass creep that spies on or molests everyone at every possible chance.

Things that a game MUST have for me to play it?
Mostly just an interesting story (Bonus for lots of drama). I like the story to be the focus of the game, not just a rough framework to facilitate sex scenes.
There are for sure tags I prefer heavily, but I can't think of any that a game absolutely must have for me to be interested. Other than VN, heh.

Sounds like we're cut from the same cloth.
