Succulence, for example, is another corruption game that does have a clothing system but does NOT offer pointless clothing. The closest it comes is a business suit with a nano skirt that, if one is already eye level with or lower than her crotch, lets one see her pussy.

But most corruption games (that aren't pure text) don't implement any kind of clothing mechanic at all. That said, if you can name others... please, do list them off. Ah okay, I wasn't quite sure which angle you were going for. The way you explain it makes little sense to me though because I would still expect a "pragmatic" reaction from almost any (near-)human character. As in, you still have warm liquid running down your legs (and into your shoes, if wearing any), urine is a potential biohazard and smells pretty bad if left to sit, especially if it soaks into your own furniture.

Depends on what you're looking for. Between thirst+hunger, a day/night cycle including a tiredness debuff and said cycle progressing in real time (menus+dialog pause) the early game can be a fair bit tougher and a lot more annoying than day1 survival Minecraft, with the generic RPGM skin instead of retro3D charm or your favourite texture pack. There's no lategame superfood/ring of eternal sustenance either, but the thread I linked had a cheat save/hacked version somewhere with item spawning capabilities or something.

Once you're past that the gameplay mainly consists of walking around the wilderness gathering resources and fighting monsters. IIRC some of them have in-combat sex moves and there are also scripted "encounters" with sexual content. In addition to the costume swapping (tied to your equipment) you have a bladder meter (you will piss yourself if it fills up completely - scene display can be disabled) and a "cleanliness" stat which doesn't seem to do much but gives your character a "stuffy/smelly" aura. You can also walk around drenched in cum on top of that. And losing to goblins or bandits got you captured and used as a sex slave with a chance to "play around" and escape instead of an instant game over I believe. There is a town and some other NPCs but people don't seem to react to streaking, grime or the tentacle bikini+cum lotion combo.

In addition to your typical crafting/gear progression there is a rudimentary skill tree, equipment durability and a "camp base" system similar to Dark Souls bonfires with crafted tents. If you are confused or irritated at my focus on survival mechanics rather than fap material, that was entirely intentional to match my experience of playing the game: a simple-"realistic" island survival experience with nice payoff if you're into certain fetishes (elf MC, body hair, smell, pee, creature sex, Game Over rape/enslavement) but definitely no good for one-handed instant gratification or banging/getting slammed by everything that moves. As a "game with porn" I'd rate it 4/5 check your kinks, as a "porn game" more like 1.5/5 big boss doesn't even sex you.
