Have people actually found this playable? Am I doing something wrong? I keep sending people out and starving. Is it just RNG?

You go out and find girls in town and do quests for them after sending people out for food, water, etc.

Ok so there like a semi walk through or something cause I can't figure out how to complete this emo chick who is all sad and shits quest... Like I try and talk to EVERYONE and get no prompt to like talk about her....

there is a dude sitting on a bench(not the steps) that will tell you to go talk to your sister for more info. I am currently stuck at finding the bread, meat, wine, and 2 candles...i found bread and 1 candle so far....they are apparently around the map.

You can with console commands. It's usually the tilde "`" key and you can type "help" and see if theres some functions there that can help you with that. Or google it.

Ok so this game with trying to find food and shit is SO MUCH RNG it is actually painful.... Also is there any sex in this... At all??

Yes. Go to Jessie's house. Do her quests. Check with Jenna in between steps and after completion. You should get 3 roughly made scenes. May bug out.
There may be more, but the game bugged out for me after that so i didn't get to explore further.

Edit: Also, i think the 'walking boobs' title is a hint to the disposable cannon fodder walking around through camp like a bunch of boobs.
