Not sure if this fixes your issue but I had the same issue. Open the Dev tools on the mega download page (press F12), get to the Console tab, and enter the command "skipcheck=1" without quotes and press enter. Then do the standard download.

I use the Mega downloader program and it keeps failing after downloading for an hour and saying decryption key failed.
Trying your method with the website version.
EDIT: Nope. Still stops at the very end saying Decryption Error. So, can;t download the Mega archive until someone fixes it or puts up a torrent of it. EDIT 2: I tried it again starting fresh and using skipcheck=1. It worked this time.
The other issue is Mega continually craps out speed wise. Happens all the time. My net is as fast as they come so it's not me, but larger files have Mega crapping out with speeds. I have to paus and resume for the speed to go back up, and it always does this towards the end of the download.
EDIT 3: Extracting the file give these errors :

Two files are corrupt.
