Others Unity game: text too small

Is there a way to edit the font or at least the text size of a Unity game?
I've already checked for options, but no idea if it's doable, I suppose not, but still I wanted to ask.

Here's the game I'd like to improve as the text is indeed small and the font picked from the dev is atrocious.

In an easy way that everyone can do, no.

I tried the game, and I agree with you. While the size by itself wouldn't be a problem with a more clear font, here the text is a pain in the ass to read.

I suspected it wasn't that easy to change, but yeah I don't get why the dev picked the shittiest font for the game.
