The picture files were encrypted with the wrong key (perhaps a previous version of the game? I'm don't know, exactly). So, I used Petschko's RPG-Maker-MV-Decrypter (publicly available on Github) to decrypt the images, then re-encrypt them with the correct key. Thankfully, I didn't need the original key to decrypt them, so it went smoothly.

Remember to place them in the correct location: www/img/pictures

Notes: Only certain images are uncensored (44 images), where the woman's pussy is fully exposed. The game still censors everything else. I don't know how to decensor, all I did was re-encrypt the images. If I get confirmation that this works, I'll link this over to the game's main thread.

If the above doesn't work for you, you can try decrypting and re-encrypting yourself.
