If I'm not mistaken VL Ghotic is included in the RTP so there must be some problem with the configuration/settings.
One think that comes to my mind is to check the Game.ini file to see if it's correctly set to use the RTP.

It should look like that.
Other than that,you might try redownloading (files might have been corrupted for whatever reason)
If this does not help you I'm sorry but I have no other ideas at the moment.
