The Japanese release for the Live2D add-on is set to be released in April. The English release doesn't have a date for it as of yet.

Things from DLSite will come censored as they're a Japan based company. There are some Steam games have there adult patches for sale only on DLSite, but that is the terrible SakuraGames so with this game that's just paranoia hopefully.
