Dont wait for the end, let the husband find out mid story, let the husband move on with someone new and her NTR partner enters an actual relationship but keeps her around as a side chick and shes still forced to sneak around. Honestly I like the idea of MC ending up with Amy. Like Amy starts getting feelings for MC and spills the beans about sophie. It becomes Amy X MC and Sophie X Zack. Zack drops Sophie soon after(we all know this is bound to happen). Sophie and MC still work together and Sophie is forced to watch the blooming love between MC and Amy while shes miserable single and revealed to be pregnant. That imo would be a good ending.
