Is a walkthrough or guide necessary? Or can you do a play thru blind without getting irritated at the lack of info and direction in game? I've been burned before.

Not nacassary, there is a hit system in game, but there are "nonstory" events wich are difficult to find (K pages and extras)

Yes, but there are 4 for each and 1 extra threesome (thats mean 6 threesome pages)

There is guy infront mall on left side, he sell you this extra. But its only neked skin for Evie in hit system. Than is late for you to see it, but you styl need it to complete game.

Yeah i think mine glitched because the guy isn't appearing. Is there a name for it I can search for to add the item through cheat?

It is possible to do the game without a walk-through (I'm up to 68%) but it does take more time. The soul crystal is sometimes a bit vague but sometimes if you keep trying it will give you additional information that breaks the point you are stuck on.
The Soul Crystal usually points you towards the next action required, but if you have to get various items in order to create an object it won't tell you exactly where they are ('in the north caves' or 'deep in the jungle' are sometimes a bit inadequate, especially where the required item is hidden by part of the scenery).
Another point about updates. Sometimes there are changes in earlier parts of the game so it can be worth starting the game all over to catch some of the later additions to earlier parts of the game.

Is there any way to stop the game from asking to overwrite the incest config.set everytime I save? I like to save often and it's supper annoying lol.

Maybe it's a stupid thing to ask, but I would be gratefull for it.
