As far as I know there is already an English translation out there.
However, it is just version 121, that is translated in English, while the latest version of the game is v123.

Also, translating this game is an absolute piece of shit, since the dev of either the game or the engine (not sure) thought it would be a good idea, to make the letter "e" in the game script a trigger for some kind of function, that causes everything after the e to go blank, so you cannot type e's into the script and have to use unicode-lookalikes (and sometimes even those don't work properly, causing everything after them to go blank as well), which look like crap, as they use more space in a line as a normal e does.
