DLSite doesn't do translations, a translation on DL, is provided by the game developer, which can be anything from pure MTL to actual true manual high quality translation, depends on the developer entirelyseems like a DL translation

This is version 1.03 and I wrote that this is the Japanese version. As far as I know, there is no translation yet.
If you use AdventCirno's tool you get a reasonable MTL, but it's a pain to keep updated if you don't sub to their patreon.
That said you only really need the TL for names, because there really isn't a whole lot to this game, there's only like 5 enemy types with 4 CGs each. What's here is good it's just really small and if you actually try you can finish it in 1 sitting. Maybe the sequel will have more? (Sequel only has a short demo out and follows the witch girl from the alchemy shop as MC).
