I've figured out how to open the files so it can be translated, so i'm going to make a go of it. it will only be a machine translation, but i will try to make sense of the weirdness where i can. wish me luck.

Unfortunately, bad news. Due to recent life events I had stopped working on the translation about May of 2022. With things stabilizing now i had planned to resume, but recent computer troubles saw all 3 of my hard drives wiped. I would love to see this translated some day, but it likely will not be by me. sorry.
