gamefiles in mega link one are missing necessary folders "savedata" and 3 files "data0.dat", "loadtime.txt", "save_str0.var"
these are auto-saving files
u can get these file from others even DLsite's demo version will work

After a specific request I've tried to work on this. (Ver 1.69x of the game.)
Because this isn't RPGM I have no idea what I'm doing, but I noticed that at least some of the text is just openly in txt and csv files.
I've tried to make SLRMTLs for them using these patterns and then isolating just the Japanese:
You may not notice any difference at first, because I still do not know how to get to most of the text, but this does actually translate around 400k characters of text. This game is just really big...
Note: You absolutely need Japanese(Japan) system locale to play this game or it wont work at all, because the text is CP932(Shift-JIS) encoded.

Hi. The rest of the text - lies in exe file. That's why previous game was never fully translated. Developer using HSP(Hot Soup Processor) To translate exe - u need to decompile it - translate - then compile it. Better forget about translating this game.
I downloaded the game from the mega link, and then the demo version from the store and replaced all the files in the save folder with files from the demo. Saving and loading went fine. The first three moves are accurate, but I didn’t try the translation. I play on Win 10 from a Japanese emulator. Google translate)))
That's a pity, I really hope for a translation of the game
I ask him in the oficial blog if there's a plan for a English version, sad there's not

it is very hard for this game to have a eng translation due to it format and its size
Yes, I asked the Developer because one of his game did got a English version, he answered the following
"Thank you for your comment.
I don’t have plans for an english version. but I’ll consider it."
This game seems like great one. If the game was non-hentai, i would still play. I hope someone translates the game.
For those of you who are wondering if this is worth playing...
You can't have more than 1 girl pregnant at the same time. I have no idea why the devs came up with this limitation (especially since the best ships can be commanded only by royality and they takes years to create), but that's how it is.
You also can't invade any system you want. To invade a satellite or a planet in a given system, you, or any of your allies, need to own a planet in the system first. This is actually pretty annoying, because you're the only one limited like that. Non-player forces can attack you out of nowhere even in a system you fully control, which sucks. And when you get to the point that there is only one alliance opposing you, you need to enter it under disadvantageous conditions just to play political games with them for many years to acquire a planet outside of your systems, so you can start your conquest again.
There is also quite lot of events where you or your lovers end up being assassinated or die of an incurable disease. And by the way, those assassinations happen even if you don't attack anyone and have best relationship possible with all other rulers.
You also can't survive in this game without constant fighting. You either enter an alliance and will be demanded to attack your enemies (which you can technically refuse, but it causes troubles for you later), or you try to survive on your own and kiss ass everyone around you, which can work for a while, but even if everybody loves you, they attack you eventually just for you not to get bored or something and totaly hate you for destroying their ships when defending yourself.
I could say more, but I think it's enough. I mean, it's definitely a well made game with a lot of story and options, but also with a lot of bullshits which made me quit it quite near the end.
