It`s like a super early version of level 0, a game we thought was just butchered by Bo from lack of motivation with the game, happily Candice, decided to release everything that was already ready.

Because nobody reported it to F95 staff, so they could post those updates here.

There weren't any links for Floor 9 and Swan & Crow part 3 in the OP until recently, and since there are people who checks only F95 for updates, it's certain that a lot of players didn't know anything about 2023 updates.

And that's even more evident if you take into account that ToT has a good fame regarding development delays.

All in all, late is better than never.
