Since he said he translated it from Japanese, I google translated it into Japanese, then translated that back into English and changed some e.g. hero = protagonist.
Protagonist married their childhood friend. Even though poor, they are living happily. Protagonist felt something was off when only their partner were working. They decided to find work by themselves. Can they maintain their current relationship through difficult times?
