Not for everyone, but I became more entranced with the design and the gameplay ideas than the porn.
In terms of typical hentai game metrics it doesn't rate highly. Fetishes are narrow: almost every scene is rape/bdsm/degeneration/humiliation. Men always win, women always lose. EG. The three male PCs are Slave-master, dungeon-interrogator, and rapist-soldier-guy. Depending on your run, you may go a long time without seeing any H scenes. The replay-ism can be grindy and is definitely time consuming.
I fell in love with the overworld map, the war and battle systems, the trade caravans, the towns and cities. Characters have their own unique interactions with these mechanics, with some of them swaying the course of battle, taking part in caravan guard duty, performing raids and heists, etc. It is a mix of Rance and Mount and Blade vibes. This is the kind of vision many have had, but few even attempt. It is actually fun.
Something special about it, is that even if you know how one of the characters stories CAN end from one characters' perspective, it can change completely when playing as that character. So you dont feel like the story is too predictable.
Not until you've done every playthrough and realise you are still missing some Endings from the Gallery does the grind kick in.
The game has issues as the others have mentioned, but i hope other developers see this game and do something similar in future.
