Hands down, this one hits me on the feels personally... I loved it in a very sweet sense. It has brilliant plot, exhibitionism, shota, and gameplay. This is such an underrated gem. Thank you X-Toys.

Yes, please, please play the game again after you finish it the first time if you're into happy endings. Seriously. After playing it the first time, I just felt super depressed but I feel a bit better after finishing it the second time.
