There was cut content for a long while and was hidden, it rarely made it here. The game is also now a lot smaller, and now there is only one version and it is now also only on Itch.io.
If you want to know the content, it is Mom and Daughter, that's it.

As stated previously, including 3 & 4 postings before your own, the Director's Cut (DC) includes content types (mostly incest) that aren't allowed by Patreon (more specifically their financial services providers). And the Regular (Patreon acceptable) release doesn't.
