I have nothing against AI cg if it is done right. This one you can see from the first picture it was done wrong. The proportions on the body and the background just is not right. Sooo a nope from me for this.

I was trying to figure out what you were referring to.
When I look at that picture, I don't see a naked girl standing in a room.
I see a room, with the active character you are interacting with being "shown" to you as a sprite.
Like, when a game puts the character's head/chest above the active text box to show you "this is the character you are talking to".

In this case, you are in a room. There is a naked girl. You are interacting.
It is an indicator, not a literal image of what is happening...probably.
