Not truly but... if you are a sissy and you give the mother the "strange strapon" you will get quite a lot of content with those characters in which you are a sub.

Grinding (a lot) you can make your mother more dominant. You need the special dildo and offer her your ass/pussy.
If you're careful you can make your sister dominant, but her destiny is being submissive so... a waste of time.
If you save on disk you can cheat on your save and change many parameters... but the game is pretty unstable so good luck.

Nop, at least for now.
And in fact the more you drug diana the less dominant she becomes. It would be interesting if in the future you have more options.
But I would say that natural dominant characters are:
-The sister
-Diana
-John
Natural sub:
-The mother
Switch (between dom/sub):
-Penny (she seems perfectly fine with being either)

Depending on the route you dont have sex YET, only route in which you fuck her is in the Sophie submissive route, basically you being the dom and her the sub, in the rest be it romance or dom Sophie you don't have sex with her.

If you are having ms Dee as submissive then the level 4 of the submissive side will make her have sex with you.
You have to put all 4 chances into the submissive options.
If you dont do it then... well you won't have sex with her.

So I've done a route where the I was a dom and basically made all the women submissive, made John turn into Chanel, etc. Now I'm starting a new playthrough to go the sub/sissy route. What are some early ways to decrease dominance? It seems like all the porn either increases dominance or has no effect. Is the only way to do it to suck John's dick?

Alright followup question. I got the Johnny Be Bad route I was aiming for, but I didn't get a gradual process of John stealing Penny. It was all at once. The very first scene I saw was the one where he's already fucking her, and the second time is the culmination where she fucks the MC with a strapon. Did I miss some scenes? I feel like it should've been more gradual or had some hints before jumping straight to "and now she's his."

Yep, personally when I tried that route I thought that it needs a full remake. While for now the developer has a lot of work I hope that in the future it's kind of... improved and more gradual.
But mainly I would like to see interactions between other characters on that point (I repeat this is just a future expectation), to tell you the truth I'm one of those that think that many bad things that happen in the game shouldn't have "player imput" but a lack of it.
For example the John be bad route (the actual one) has John having sex with Penny, but to enter that route you need to be submissive and do something stupid, personally rather than that I would prefer that John naturally tries to do that without player imput and that you can stop him by acting in time, most developers could just add a lock which protects the player from getting that type of content, like "player imput on and off", if on every special event or anything that happens requires the player consent (it could even be a special dream), if off you would have to act to prevent those things before it's too late.
Personally would add that lock and change those parts and then do a tiny change to how you become a sissy, being a requirement having a chastity device on you while being very submissive. Mainly because if sometimes I would like to play a submissive male rather than a sissy, for example Diana wants a submissive male, not a sissy. But as I have said already the developer has too much work at the moment, this is just my future expectations or perhaps even dreams.
Except the sissy part, being a requirement the chastity device to become a sissy I think it makes a lot of sense.

I agree with all the points you made but especially this one. In these sort of games, it's good game design to have the player's downfall inevitable unless the player meets certain requirements. It's the opposite in The Company, and doing nothing will turn you into an alpha dom and you have to be a facilitator of your own downfall. That's just bad game design.
Another issue I had with it is that your relationship with characters isn't reflected in 95% of interactions. Take, for instance, the Bad John route we were talking about. In specific scenes, Penny will humiliate and taunt the main character. But if you choose "spend time with Penny" or choose to have lunch with her or bump into her in the halls, she acts like everything is totally fine between y'all. And that issue exists for pretty much every character. I know it's a lot of work to write so many different variations of dialogue, but tons of other devs have done it so it clearly isn't impossible.
