yes but as far as i/we know there isn't anything else. for example doesn't matter on xmas special if tells all girls that they have been good or bad.

which version? and which game? op has links to current version, pre-remakes and specials.
some/most errors get fixed by rollback, dunno whose fault those errors are but it's easy to test by playing w/o mod and see if errors appear.

man I didn't play this game for 4 years and still the main story has gone literally nowhere and I still don't get to experience cute romance with the sister x_x
