Screenshots of installed Visual C++ Redistributables and .NET Frameworks?

Keep in mind that a 64-bit system (which is most machines these days) needs both x86 and x64 packages installed (.NET Frameworks are excluded from this, they only need to be matching the system)

Note: regarding thee .NET FRAMEWORK, I've tried download and it said "Version 4.8.1 or a newer version has already been installed" when I try install version 4.8.1
