Twine Text To Speech
Do you prefer auidobooks and nope out at walls of game text?
Turn your Twine game into an audiobook in minutes
Screen-readers are not new, but they don’t work well with Twine games. They read everything on the page including menus, navigation, stats, etc. Often reading those before the actual story text and require you to manually trigger them to start.
TTTS is designed to solve that by ignoring non-story text and auto-playing when you move from one passage to the next.
This mod will work with just about any Harlowe or Sugarcube Twine game, which is the vast majority of games on here with the HTML tag. Depending on the game though, it might need a Game Profile for little bit of extra help. Game Profiles tell TTTS about additional elements within a specific game that you want it to ignore.
I’ve already created a few Game Profiles for some of the more popular games but these can also be easily created and shared by the community.
