This is a work in progress with no guarantees on it receiving any future updates but I do feel it's in a state worthy of sharing. It requires the latest version 2.07.05 due to format changes on some files. It will work on older versions but Hiro and the world map will not display properly. It was created for the PC version. I have no idea if it will work for any other version.

There is a readme file with instructions included. Enjoy!

FYI They changed Hiro's animation files again for the 2nd update in a row. I'm working on it and I'm also not sure yet if anything else was changed file wise. In the meantime here's another teaser of some work I have done since I released the mod.

How do you get the Queen and Mare Hiro stuff? I can't seem to trigger it.

Also how do you trigger the quest to unlock Lupa at the brothel? I've done a few scenes in it and haven't gotten anything

I've gotten the mare outfit by getting the centaur game over, it's suppose to change when your class does but I've only gotten it with game over, as for the Queen I imagine it's the same way just get beast mistress game over.
To get Lupa at the brother you gotta finish all(I think) of madam brothels quest.

Seems you're keeping it updated after all. That's going to be a problem though as this game updates so much lately.
