It was a point and click game with 3d characters but no animation. You played as a male [plumber] who goes around a big city fixing things I think. I remember two scenes in particular, one where MC walks down an alleyway at night and peers through a random window (I think this was a 50/50 chance to be a masturbation or voyeurism scene?) and one where MC fucks a [client] on her bathroom floor.
The map was just a regular picture of an IRL city IIRC.
