Could it be your browser is loading and playing that flash file? I guess your .swf downloads are associated with your browser (got a flash player built-in?).

Summoner's Quest 9.7 and Preview - LOL: Summoner's Quest 10.0 both on Newgrounds. Yes - there are a bunch of chapters, all individual flash chapters. I have 14 separate chapters I pulled from there not including those last two, but they are all still there...
