I’m not 100% sure how to get an older face in the generator just with the general art style being as smooth as it is but maybe try prompts such as:
((facial wrinkles))
((facial lines))
((crows feet))
Maybe try including some makeup on the females? That can age the models, just depends on how you implement it.
EDIT:
Also maybe try some use of veins on the skin and see what you can do around the neck?
