No the patreon version has one scene different as far as I know: Nika and Nami at the lake - the patreon version keeps her topless. It's not even a thing as far as I'm concerned. That would be viable, if it would be available on gog at the steam release date (or soon enough), i would get it there but i kinda doubt it as i just looked it up and the german gog doesnt show any signs of summer's gone so far.

depends on your definition of new. It's coming out on the 10th on steam which is going to have expanded scenes and what have you , so technically it's new but no it's not a new update.

Yes, each season will be separate as is the tradition with large AVN's on steam. As season 2 full is a while away, I'm okay buying each season for 3-4 cups of coffee or an average bottle of wine every couple of years.
