I didn't want to give it a terrible review, mostly because I couldn't understand what was going on. The English translation is terrible.
If you still want to try it out with the English “translation”:
1. Download the original Russian game
2. Download QSP exe (just google it)
3. Download the English QSP file
4. Move the English QSP file in the main Russian version
5. Open the QSP executable and open the English version of the game.
