I think your club may be the issue, mine has two or three non-staff npc's in almost every room, sometimes quite a few more in the main seating areas. How is your fame and how are you doing compared with the other clubs?

fame is 200+, maybe alreaday near 300. i only visited once onother club. it was empty as well. i dont care much about them.
just try to calculate it: im earning round 6500 bucks per day. this is 195.000 bucks per month... and you are trying to say, your 1-2 visitors per room are paying this??? nice, they all must be billionars. my club must be overcroweded with hundrats of people, at least on weekends, to fullfill my earnings^^ this numbers cant be presented in this little indi game but only 1-2 daily visitors is just "meh" and must lead to your bankrupt. sometimes im meeting 10-15 people at the city park. i also tried to massage everybody from my contact list and asked where they are. they are mostly working or at home. almost nobody seems to visit any club.

The game simulates visitors that are not actual characters in the game. If you check the club management screen in the main office it shows you how many visits/drinks/meals/show your club is getting.

How do you expect a game with 5 clubs - each serving hundreds of patrons - to populate as many named NPC's when only a few hundred of them have been created?

The capacity for shows and strips is not shown cause it's essentially unlimited. It would be the capacity of the room x shows in a period. One performer can satisfy the demand of all customers that want to see it at once. So it's not shown to reduce clutter. More performers doesn't raise the capacity but it raises the satisfaction, which is what drives how many tips they get.
Good job on the images, but I have two comments. First of all, you should use a different 3-letter code other than SCW. That way there's no chance of conflict with official character images. Second, you have multiple images for the same pose with different z-values. This is not supported at this time, so only the last one read in will be used. At some point I'd like to change that but for now, only one works.
As for the font issue, I've been looking at it and I'm not sure I understand exactly the issue. It appears that it doesn't work in most places but it's fine in some, like the message log in the bottom left? So makes some sense because there are two fonts used in the game, most places use one but the message log and other use a different one (the reason for this is that they use different Unity text widgets and these two widgets have their own set of fonts that they make available and they don't overlap. So I couldn't find one that worked. There's a way to import fonts so I tried that but so far every one that I've tried has failed. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
This is good point. In general people have certain clothes they will wear depending on their job and location. Outside the clubs it never changes and it's not affected by the public nudity law. So you will never see the gym operator naked while at work. Nor should you. Once the public nudity law is passed, characters on their free time should be willing and able to be naked but I see that almost never happens (that's because they now have like 11 outfits to wear that are legal so the odds of picking the nude one is really low). I'll make this more common among those so inclined.

could be you don't have enough locker room and/or a dressing room
Maybe the 'common opinion' modifier for changing opinion should be changed to how many characters in the game have an opinion vs arbitrarily how common is it irl (that is my current understanding of common opinion)
I gave you a thumbs up for your response but didn't thank you and I should have. The info helped. I've been able to continue with the game to the extent that on my last striptease contest, I've had over 75 contestants. LOL.
For anyone else who is having the same problem I was, (not being able to save a game after most or all of the save slots are full), I'll share what I did.
in the game software, go to runtime/save_files;
Delete one of the earlier save files;
Right click on save-9 (make sure it has the real time date and time on its last modification date); This should be the autosave file;
Rename to the name of the save file you just deleted; e.g. if you deleted save-3 to create space in the save slots, rename it to save-3
Open the save-info file;
replace the date and time info in the previously deleted file with the date and time from your old save-9
click save on the save-info file;
restart the game.
I can finally continue the game. But Im stuck on the sex worker portion. The law was passed and I was able to build 2 sex rooms. But when I post jobs, sex worker is not listed. I fired a few employees to make sure it isn't that I had too many employees. I have a few private rooms
The little update scroller on the lower left hand side shows other clubs posting jobs for sex workers but I haven't seen that any of them have a sex room. Eh, I'll figure it out.
one side note if that could be possible when having interactions (groping etc.) is it possible to add little gif's of live action

You probably are missing a dressing room.
That's sort of how it works. The "how common it is" drives the chances that a character has that opinion.
Do you have dressing room space? Sex workers count as performers so they need dressing room space in addition to a locker.
Oh I figured it out eventually, and accidently. I had to fire someone for stealing, it finally opened up and I could hire or reassign someone.
For those just starting up, this can be a fun game. I like games that you build on, and have some type of game management involved. And it can be addicting.
a few pointers I've learned:
-yeah, like others have said, don't go on a hiring spree right away. A cook and a bartender are enough to get started.
-make sure that one of the first rooms you build is a kitchen. It takes forever to build it, so start early...like day 1 or 2.
-like in real life, treat your employees well and it will pay dividends. Go to employee policies and make sure they have days off. Mine is set at 2 days off, at their choosing. It makes a huge difference. Go to your manage club/employees section and look at their happiness. Unhappy employees constantly whine and ask for raises. Also be sure to move around the club and click the "recognise good work" button.
-within a week of opening, check the prices on your drinks..and later meals. Increase incrementally...a dollar at a time to begin with.
-if you are looking to change someone's sexual preferences, you can normally do it when their fondness for you is around 50-60.
I should have mentioned this early, but when you start, run down your MC attributes. Some you can change when you start, others you cant. Endurance and strength are biggies. If not, you spend all of your time in the gym. IF needed, restart the game fresh. You'll save a great deal of time.
Have fun. it can be a fun game. (BUt needs threesome scenes, lol.
