Getting a virus warning on this one. Threat name Heur.AdvML.B on the exe and another threat report on one of the dll's
That's an extremely generic alert given out by AVs from machine learning (hence the "ML" you see there).
Definition of the word heuristic (what "Heur" is short for) in terms of computational matters: "proceeding to a solution by trial and error or by rules that are only loosely defined".
Basically, thing meets the broadest definition of what a virus
could be (executable and other files blatantly altered by the crack to make it playable by pirates) and the AV lacks this particular altered software being a virus vector in the database they pull their definitions from so they toss this out as a detection just in case.
