Because to talk about incest you need to have a blood relationship between two people.

Seeing the poll closed now with the expected result, i really hope you plan to make stuff avoidable, either for each npc or by adding a global choice of sexuality in the beginning so lesbians like me dont even need to deal with dicks, heteros not with pussys and bi's dont need to select "yes" every time

I think you need to give more guidance to the game,
As it stands, I don't know what to do other than improving the stats which can be done by just cheating, I don't know how to trigger the events, it feels as if I'm playing a japanese game and clicking on everything in hopes I hit one that where it's right, also the game feels very grindy,
The way I'd solve this would be by adding more guidance to the game, which isn't necessarily by just adding a walkthrough but by, interloving events that showcase progress and guide the players for future events. For example, the 10th time you help the mother the scene changes and it tells you what to do next. If a scene requires a certain amount of stats, I'd come up with a subtle way to say it, for example, with the brother I'd have him have a problem with his homework and you couldn't figure it out either, indicating that you needed to improve your intelligence.
