Depends, if you just started the game and downloaded the 9GB file on the OP. It's already in there, if you're updating from a previous version go to the link above and follow the Instructions spoiler.
Is this game worth trying? I have downloaded it a few times in the past and each time I try and get into it the game just seems overly complex.

If I were you, I'd definitely give it a go. It's simple enough, and way less complex than some of those 'VNs' of late. Just make sure you apply for college before the 1st of september, and you'll be fine.
There's translated cheat & non-cheat qsp's included in the link in the OP, so use either-or.

Pretty much done almost everything legit and it's kind of a grind to get anywhere legit. That being said the Translation Project page has version labeled

which has cheats and since they aren't half-assed translated it's easy to figure out what variable does what. shit ton of content if you don't just cheat your way through it all but not that hard if you can fuck with the girls stats and your $ as well as the time of day. If you've never played this game before and it's a first time download, don't replace the .exe with the translated qsp's you download, go to assests/standalone_content and delete the .QSP and replace it with one of the cheat/translated .QSP of your choice.
