If I remember correctly, them you just have to delete the original qsp file in the standalone contents folder and just copy the new modded file to the same folder. No need to rename it.

Probably not that cheat mod unless you edit out all cheats into original qsp. probably not easy. You can try my version

Go to your documents and you will see a folder called Сохранения игр Quest Navigator this is where the saves are.
I can't proceed over the part with Sasha where I need to buy annual subscription.. Does anyone has a save game after this step or further with Sasha ?? Whatever I try it's always "Do not buy " ..
