My memory of this is a bit spotty as it's been a few years so I might get a couple of details wrong, but the gist of it is:
You play as female thief/assassin. Might be a dark elf or demon of some sort, I think she had darker/bluer skin. The game starts in a bandit camp in a desert environment. Exploration-wise it's not an overhead map game, it's more akin to the LISA games (the painful, the joyful). In combat your character is on one side of the screen and the enemy is in the other. There's some animations. I remember after evading the bandits you fight a large wolf-like boss creature. There's a lust mechanic and your character starts moaning the more lust she has. It's not a Japanese game, I think I chance'd upon it thanks to the creator posting about it on Twitter. The game is 2D.
