Basically this says that you need to have met the gypsy, the husband left and Rada's depravity needs to be over 600. Try different days, IIRC weekend should be your best bet.

To trigger her pregnant scenes, you need to creampie her 5 or more times, and 100 days must pass. Her husband must also come back (which he does after 60 days, so he should be back in most cases anyway). Once the 100 days have passed, you can walk into their house and you'll get the scene where you see her with a belly. There are minor conversations you can have with your own mother regarding Rada's pregnancy, as well as a minor conversation with Sasha.

After that happens, you can get the big-belly scenes whenever you have sex with her, which includes visiting her at her work and inviting her back to your apartment.

and btw a post above you explain how to get the scene
