I checked the Patreon and the game is being actively updated there. I don't know how QV plans on doing the Public vs Patreon feeds, but the Public is about to be two updates behind the Patreon.
It is a grind. The grind gets better once you get going, but it is absolutely brutal until everything is upgraded. Still a lot of grinding compared to other games.
I didn't find a decent way to hack the save file, which could have saved a lot of grinding.

Like cheat mod, but are there other girls in game besides Sakura from Naruto, Asuka from Evangelion, what other anime spin off characters is developer and AI going to use to make this best yet Slave master. I played all them, but I found it was lacking Pokémon option where you have slave vs slave royale, or bikini clad contests? Toughest blowjob taker or maid toilet girl (not sex sense)? Or if they had test of skills they are not very good at? I think Rei would win in all those contests...just saying.
