I think you can remove it, I think Blackheartgames asked one compressor to remove the new update for the highest tier and he did, and many pirate sites like fapnation will remove if the devs ask, and even this site might be affected if the devs give dmca filled.

Compressors will remove if you catch them before they end up on the main page. Mods won't remove once the game has been updated.

DEVs complaining about leaking content with accounts they use only to... complain??¿... They never ever use these accounts to reach this site and download games for free, never ever... Well, if it were only for Patreon or others pages as platform that don't give a shit for promoting DEVs work, they even get support... All those devs don't want to hear about pirate site like this but they even have (thanks to this site) the chance to being known for their work and get support in the process... I supported and support many devs now and then and was because I meet their games here (without any publisher rooting for your game the less bad thing is leaking the game on sites like this and earning some boost, isn't it??)...

There is no NTR switch at the beginning of the game, but for every important decision you get two answer options... NTR or Love...
I think the reason for this is that you can enjoy both versions of the scenes, because there is no gallery in the menu.

A lot of anal, too much anal. I'll give the game a 5 out of 10 rating. Minus 5 for all the anal, and then anal fisting, with no option to let you choose the correct point of entry or skip the anal. Something I'd only play for free, when I had nothing left to play. The mom's hot body is the only reason I keep playing it

It is'netorase'. Depending on your choices, the story will have netorase events or not. If the story will have these events, the MC will know about them and/or will be involved.
If you have a problem with that, you should ignore this VN and rather consume content that suits your taste.
