Yeah it kinda broke at that scene. Either the dev forgot to code or the MTL broke the interaction through buttons. You can still get by it though. Approach the dude from his right using the mouse and it will initiate the scene and you can leave the room afterwards.

Looks like there was an update yesterday that supposedly fixed the issues with the love hotel.
