Personally I have no qualms with a male being present or also being protagonist in a game with lesbian incest. As long as the game is well made and the lesbian incest scenes are properly built, that's it.

i will never understand why japanese devs dont ship an uncensored version of their games to the west. they probably would have a much stronger fan base if they did. since western countries dont have the silly mosaic laws
These scenes would be a million times better with scissoring (and being uncensored at that)
Unless they are actually operating from outside of Japan's territory, they can't. Distribution, or even just possession (if for the purpose of sale), while in Japan would leave them liable for up to two years imprisonment and 2.5m Yen fine.

what ive noticed a lot is most times with male mc it like faux lezcest. the girls are together but dont actually interact. so stuff like gh and a few others where the m/d or s/s actually touch eachother sexually is annoyingly rare.
