The only girl in the (completed) game is Sarah, with the she can be your sister. And the same with Cutely Suspicious, with the mod installed the girls are your sisters.

TBH it's a pretty boring game. I went with the sister patch but it could've been GF as well. Any story has to be fleshed out through conversations mainly on the couch in the afternoon. The "level up" feature is actually not much different than grinding stats in other games. I finally ended up cheating to raise the levels to get to the end before I fell asleep playing. At one point I actually quit and deleted the game but restored it to continue after I realized there was an ending which was meh. With the BC pills in the game it would have been a bit more interesting to have pregnancy available in the progression of the game.
