It was a very small update, I didn't see any new sex scenes, they removed the option to have sex again after calling the prostitute by clicking on the corpse, other than that I didn't see anything new in terms of sex.
TIP: please, in the next updates, give the option to skip the cutscenes

This new version hangs at loading / splash screen, with title screen music playing.
I havent encountered any issue with previous builds.
