On second thought, it might have incest but not tagged or really noted by VNDB? Because the twins are the only characters with a "lesbian sex" tag, so it has to have happened with someone. But at the same time, they're not tagged with incest, so I really don't know now...

i guess why it has incest tag,and also lesbian sex,because probably the twins pays him to be their brother,nah,its most likely thats the case...
