Who are they and what game(s) are they creating?
Developers that release every update about the time they have said they would and never is coming out with absurd excuses that their cat hit its toe in the door or something so thats why they delayed.This way it can help others to know what games is Worth spending fapping energy and potentially Money on.
NickFifa Elena´s Life churning out thoose updates on time and more ofteh than not with a fair bit of content.
Evakiss Good girl gone bad, same as above, you can almost set the Clock after her updates.
There are many other games i like but where the developer for some reason are either churning out very small updates or quite often not when he said he would.

Lewdlab (Dreams of Desire): Posts updates at a set day and time three times a week since he started. You can count the number of times he was late on your fingers. Never missed a self-imposed deadline, except the release when the Patreon shit started.

DarkSilver has also been more than punctual with his release schedule for BB, never missed a release date (always occurring on the same month day).

Ark Thompson is also quite good in that regard (bonus points for having already completed 2 games, since most out there are stuck in perpetual development because pledges), but his content might not be for everyone.
