i keep getting this error even though i tried to open in windows 7 and Windows XP Service pack 3. and also with the dxvk. is there something else missing here?

Guys, in a video there are two links. The second one worked 100% for me to solve my lag problem (I also put compatibility in Windows 7) It is the only thing that solved it for me
