VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Prince of Suburbia [v1.0 Beta] [ViM Studios]

So much wasted potential in this one.
Even though it starts off very promising with ever increasing corruption of the Mom and getting some very nice early action with the sister there is just no sandbox interactions at all, which would have been very nice to get some more possibilities.
Later in the game it is just sex scene after sex scene but not in a good way since every scene is just boring vanilla sex with no foreplay and usually one position and one camera angle.
Models and animations are great, characters are very cliché but thats ok for a porn game I guess.
So in the end it's a 3/5 for me, with decent repeatables and a better designed sandbox experience this game would be an easy 5/5.

Lots of work seemingly went into it but I really didn't like this game.

Artwork is inconsistent, some scenes are good and some are drawn terribly (Sonia is the worst example of this, the artist clearly didn't know how half-shaved head looks like. at some point she looks like she's going through cancer treatment). the breasts on the characters are insane and make them all look roughly the same.

The story is so fucking stupid that I didn't know whether to laugh or to shake my head (did both in the end). it's a porn game, I get it, but for fuck's sake, it has to be at least a little plausible in order to be immersive. The writing, characters, dialogues - all entirely forgettable, non-coherent and plain.

It's not even good game-wise. The thing pretends to be a sandbox but it's absolutely linear without any freedom of movement. If your story is linear - fine, do a VN, and don't pretend like player's actions mean anything.

I haven't finished it and I don't think i will. Maybe it gets better later down the line - i doubt it somehow.

Really nice and Original art, it's a bit annoying to have a sandbox with no choices, I would have preferred it to be a VN but it's okay. It's a bit short and the characters seem to be one-dimensional.

Wonderfull, ill say it needs a few pregnant scenes but thats just my preference. Apart from that it is a really good game, whith nice desings, the story is kinda typical but thats expected, still you should give it a try.

Game is more like a story that has you click to proceed, but they is no custom game play; IOW, very linear and that can make a lot of games boring. If much of the animation wasn't top-notch I might knock the rating down a little for that. BUT, the newer animation in the game is SUPERBLY done and INCREDIBLY hot (even the older animation is good though), as I LOVE massive titties. I do usually have a flexible limit with that though - at some point I think titties can get too big, but good shape and the right softness and fluidity of motion (if an animation) can affect where the limit is. Sometimes artists will make massive titties that are too round or stand up too much like they have no weight and too firm for large tits and they just come off as poorly proportioned and stiff. Not this game - the titties in this game are massive, but have the right physics to them. Really hot. IMO, the biggest tits in this game are right at the borderline before I feel they get too big, but at that borderline is where I like them the most. Well done. WELL DONE.

As of the current version this is a 5/5 game especially those looking for incest harems. I played this when it first came out a while back and revisited it two years ago but there wasn't much progress. The new art, animation and writing make this top-notch for those looking for a simple fix of this genre of adult novels.

I've never written a review before on this site, and tbh I had no plans too, but then this game came along. Or to be more accurate, it got updated.

I first played this game in ~late 2021 and it was fine. Nothing really noteworthy, just decent visual novel with a bit of *ncest in it. But I had no idea how good this game had gotten in recent years, and that's basically why I'm writing this review. I don't think its average rating of about 3.5 stars as of the time of writing this reflects the state that the game is currently in. The updated art style is fantastic and there's so much more content than before.

This game is basically the complete package in my opinion--great visuals (and lots of scenes to go with them), good characters, great writing, and no overreaching/overachieving from the devs (they know what this is, and do it well). A lot of games meet the first 2 criteria, but for a porn game, the writing here is pretty damn good. It might not be erotica or even doujin/sex comic levels, but considering its a game it gets a pretty significant curve for me.

One of the only bad things I can say about this game is that the older H-scenes really do kinda stick out like a sore thumb, and even though they're not horrible, in comparison to the rest of the game they really are quite jarring to see. The other main thing is that there isn't exactly much "gameplay." You basically just click and never make decisions, solve puzzles, do minigames, etc. This might be a negative in some cases, but I think a lot of games can just as easily take it too far in the other direction, where getting to the good stuff is such an unnecessary slog. Everything in this game is concise, and due to the level of writing (and there not being too much of it) you'll always know where to go to advance the plot. Much better than mashing through boring, mandatory walls of text or having to do stupid little quests for a shred of rewards.

Anyway, if you haven't played this game in some time or are underwhelmed by the rating, or anything else, please take it upon yourself to play this game.

Wow, this one really should be rated higher. It has some of the best scenes, art, and animations of games that I have played. The plot is also steller with a focus on impregnating all the girls. Most games shy away from the pregnancy aspect, but this one really focuses on it. Love this game and can't wait for more content to be released.

I don't think I've seen such a gigantic improvement of not just script but the entire art direction improved. Animations are very well done for hand drawn. Keep it up. That score will be well over 4 stars soon. If you tried this game before the changes then be sure to check it out again.

Best game ever loved the scenes the music everything. Hope to find the ice cream girl song in the background. So anybody who found it please share cause I loved it . I think that this could have been a greater game if you made us work for it maybe like a rpgm , anyways great art!!!

great game and animation, BUT, the face of the chara is inconsistent, its like they're the different character in every scene, it would be a LOT better if the devs make it more consistent and stick with Scarlett Ann chara design. i don't mind if every scene they make had a different reference from real life people but at the very least change their face (reference) to the original character (scarlet ann design) .

best kinetic novel i have played good visual content. the story is very moving and got a good context, with lots of things to do. the npc are extreamly well done and hot with a lot of thought behind them.

Ok so first off, Im not really a fan of these games where the girl's boobs are ridiculously unrealistically huge. With that said, this game is very well drawn and animated, and the story is ... ok, although the MC is way too submissive and easily manipulated for my taste. Not really much of a Prince.

I recommend this game for everyone, to be fair there's no real need for it to be a "sandbox" or free roam kind of game, since there is literally no deviation from the regular routine. Also the mandatory morning wank could be done away with, or at least give you the option to go straight to breakfast instead.

All in all good work and ill follow this one.

Great porn! Graphics are beautiful, especially with these animations. Many very sexy times, with not too much drama. The story is good enough, not very deep, but solid.

The only downside is the sandbox navigation, but if you pay some attention to the dialogue, it's easy to know where to go, and you don't need adventure game clicking clicking clicking.

It does its fetishes well once it gets going. The screens on the OP don't do the updates justice; this was my first encounter with the game but some of the animations and screens are fantastic.

It's pretty on rails, but I don't really see that as a downside; there are so many shitty sandbox type games on this site and most devs don't execute the concept well. Instead you are basically just getting pure content non-stop with no grinding, and the pacing is set up well enough that you're not waiting long but there's still some stories that take time to tease out.

At first I didn’t want to write review at all. As mentioned before, this is not a game, it is basically VN without choices with poor storyline.

So why 3 star rating you ask? It is because of the newest art and animations. Holy shit are those animations impressive. If this art was combined with some serious fun sandbox gameplay it would be one of the most supported games imo. Really shame that talent is wasted on this game.

It's more of a straight up VN than a game - there's no option to mix things up, and you're as "on the rails" as you can get. I downloaded this previously, and was unimpressed. Gave it another go now that they're remastering the visuals though, and between the writing and the updated graphics, the game is now phenomenal, long as you don't mind VN's. Just wish they'd come out with updates at a quicker pace.

Edit: Updating & dropping the review a bit. The "1.0" update hit, and it's incredibly obvious the finale was rushed through so the developer doesn't have to work on the game any more. Half a dozen "scenes" in it, each with barely a dozen lines of text and minimal animation. Shame - doesn't exactly fill me with the desire to pick up their next one.

visuals are nice (at least the remade ones) and animations are pretty good too, but those are about the only positives i see in this "game" (to be fair, also humor is not absent, i did laugh a few times). of course, like others have pointed out, it's not really a game, even though it is in sandbox style. you just have to click on direction signs or objects and go through the story with zero say in anything or zero game play otherwise, like puzzles, mini-games, collectibles, stats building etc. the story is as silly and mediocre as they get in adult games. something miraculous happens to the MC and by implication, to all the females in his life, who are all in love with his big cock. the said MC is a stupid, spineless, unlikable prick. what killed this for me though, were the boring, predictable, repetitive, unnecessarily long dialogs and inner thoughts of the characters. it gets really tedious after a while. i have endured through to the last version but i'm this close to skipping the beach house part and delete the whole thing and quit for good.

Prince of Suburbia is true to it's own nature, it knows what it is, and it doesn't try to be anything else. And what it is... is porn. Straight black tar heroin, soul destroying porn, with breasts the size of beach balls and incest and impregnation content for days.

Other stories may waste time on plot or characterization, Prince of Suburbia is lean and light, instead each encounter is building to the next sex hub, and it gets from fucking to fucking pretty quickly and well. No, this isn't going to be a story you read for 'plot', but neither are 90% of stories here and this one doesn't waste your time pretending to have some bullshit macguffin or supernatural conspiracy or chosen one cliche. It's just fuckin'.

The MC fucks pretty much everything he sees, and isn't that what we're here for? Ride on, Dev, ride on.
