I take it, this means that the Sunbay City is getting abandoned? It's exactly the same, only takes place in Mia's house. Building textures are removed and thugs are replaced with cops. There's a new peer on the beach. Other than that, it seems to be the same.

No Sunbay is still being worked on by it's Dev, and this is being worked on by someone else.

As lots of people are saying just a huge cash grab, as the female content WAS in Sunbay then got removed.
